Group training is another option we offer our clients. We have worked with companies such as Lexus, training up to 15 of their staff at a time. We can do 1 session per week, or as many as suits. It can be a business team, or just a group of mates – we satisfy the needs of your group or company. Most sessions are conducted between 6:30am – 7:30am, but afternoon and night sessions are also available. We can also organise one off fitness or team-building sessions.

Group training sessions all cost different amounts due to the amount of participants. We will quote your company or business individually. If you have 10 or more participants costs will be about $20 per head per session. We can also discuss different options available to your business. We can arrange a quote for you depending on your needs..
